I started a clothing account for my vintage shop, and at first, nothing really moved. I was consistent with posts, even did giveaways, but I kept hitting this wall where growth felt super slow. I finally decided to try giving the numbers a push, but I was super careful about where I got followers from—didn’t want a bunch of bots cluttering my account. What ended up working for me were these Instagram follower deals. The followers came in gradually, which looked way more natural, and they didn’t vanish overnight like some other services I’d heard horror stories about. I’ve used them a couple of times, just to give my profile that “social proof” look, and it genuinely made a difference in how people interacted with my posts. Engagement started going up afterward—probably because new visitors didn’t see a dead account and bounce immediately. I’d say, don’t overdo it and still focus on keeping your content strong. It’s not a substitute for real growth, but it’s like putting your best foot forward when you’re trying to break through all the noise. Worked for me, at least.

Sometimes I think half the battle online is about timing and luck. You can grind every day and still get passed up by someone who posts one lucky reel that catches fire. It’s wild how unpredictable it all is.
